our musical and object-based fairy tale, has been nominated for the Lëtzebuerger Bünepräisser in the category Bescht Kanner- a Jugendproduktioun (Best Young Audience Production).

This nomination celebrates the world created by Michel Boulanger, Eleonora Savini, and Dan Tanson, from its very first online version during the pandemic (2020) to its stage adaptation by TRAFFIK THEATER Luxembourg.

We share this recognition with the entire team: artists, technicians, partners, programmers, and invaluable collaborators who contributed to every step — from musical dramaturgy to object design, from lighting to creative residencies.

Welcome! Together, we invite you to step into a shared space where we will embark on a delicate, poetic, and playful journey. Here, the music will infuse the paper with a new soul, bringing it to life—tentative at first, stumbling, then finding its rhythm. As it takes shape before your eyes, the paper will bend, twist, and transform, gradually transcending its limits and soaring beyond, just as we may have all longed to do since birth. This magical meeting between harp and paper emerges from a contemporary practice, where instruments are "prepared" with objects like paper, creating unexpected and unique sounds.

MARIONETTEFESTIVAL
10th EDITION 

25 years ago, a vision was born: to create a theatre festival in Luxembourg that brought modern puppet theatre into the heart of the countryside—into barns, garages, and backyards. The Naturpark Öewersauer believed in that vision and made it a reality in their region.
Today, we celebrate the 10th edition of this unique and magical festival.
A heartfelt thank you to Maskénada for allowing me to bring this vision to life in 2001, 2003, and 2005; to Yo Cestroni & Nathalie Wahl for carrying it forward with dedication; and to Angélique D’Onghia for taking it to the next level.
Long live the Marionnette Festival in Toodler!
